I think your idea is great and to be honest when I first started the thought process of creating my scrapbook, I began with writing down all of the memories that I wanted to incorporate into the book. With that said I could easily hand you the page of memories and pictures for you to put together. As far as digital versus paper and glue...they both definetly have their place and class.
